Concierge-Level Branding and Website for a Modern Real Estate Support Agency

Revolve Transactions is a US-based transaction coordinator agency that supports real estate professionals by managing the extensive admin behind property sales — from compliance to commission disbursements.
When they came to us, they needed a full brand and website presence that captured the high-value, service-first nature of their work while standing apart from the typical “keys and houses” aesthetic of the industry.
The Challenge
Revolve had no existing branding or website. They wanted a visual identity that felt premium, but not stuffy — something that would express how much better their service was compared to standard TC agencies. They also needed a clean, mobile-responsive website that was easy to manage, positioned them as a standout in the industry, and supported lead generation, recruitment, and long-term business growth.
The Solution
Branding: Service at the Center
Working closely with copywriter Kacey from Hungry Typewriter, we developed a brand concept inspired by the polished efficiency of luxury hotel concierges. The brand identity included:
A hand-drawn desk bell logo (a nod to concierge service)
A classic but fresh type palette: stencil serif (named Butler!), a handwritten accent, and a clean sans-serif
A service-forward color scheme in black, white, and bright blue
A full brand guide to ensure consistency across digital and print
Professionally designed business cards and email signatures for the full team
We avoided clichéd imagery (no houses or abstract keys!) in favor of a concept that felt personal, attentive, and unmistakably service-first.
Website: Designed to Work Hard
Built in Squarespace, the site features custom illustrations and subtle movement without compromising on performance.
To keep the visual language consistent, we carried the hand-drawn concierge theme into the icons (white gloves, rotary phone, etc.), giving the site a smart, engaging feel that aligned with the brand voice.

Homepage: Clear positioning on what Revolve handles, how it works, and why it matters — plus a lead magnet and testimonials
Services page: Three service packages tailored for busy real estate professionals
Careers page: FAQs, expectations, and values for potential contractor hires
About page: Values-driven storytelling and founder bio
Contact page: Embedded Calendly form with a branded Call Booked redirect page
Lead Magnet Design and Setup
With incredible content written by Hungry Typewriter, we created a lead magnet system the client could manage themselves:
Designed in Keynote (the client’s preferred tool)
Built a landing page in Squarespace with a Mailchimp-connected form
Designed branded email templates for delivery
Added popups and banners throughout the site to promote the magnet
